Where time can pause…where wind can stop…the myth can continue

At the beginning of Daryl’s career, she printed several woodblock prints that incorporated the concept of time, with sections representing past, present and future. Here, she created a print which revisits this concept. Time moves from right to left, with the far right representing the past and the left side the future. Also interesting with this print is the new color palette from recent work, but the ‘veil” of time over the landscape is the same. Sketched near El Paso, Texas at sunrise.
